REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order not yet dispatched, contact us at info@coolshey.com promptly with your order reference number. Cancellations must be submitted in writing within 8 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, please follow our return procedures for a refund, excluding shipping costs. Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the safe return of items to us. Additionally, all items discounted by 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
Returns and Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Initiate returns or exchanges at https://coolshey.com using your order number and email. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Ensure items are returned in their original state using a trackable shipping method. We do not refund original shipping fees.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after items are received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 working days for processing. The refunded amount will reflect any promotional discounts received and exclude shipping costs. Complimentary or promotional items received must also be returned to qualify for a full refund.
If you experience any issues or have not received confirmation within 10 working days of returning your item, contact info@coolshey.com.
Please ensure that items are carefully packaged and returned in their original condition to avoid any damage during shipping. Damaged items caused by improper handling by the customer will be returned at the customer’s expense.
